Text Box: Replacement Cell

With the unique design of the sensor mounted at the flange you will never have to pull the probe to change the cell again and with an automatic air injection cleaning cycle your probe and cell will stay clean in even the dirtiest applications.

The analyzer probe consist of a stainless steel tube with a baffle plate inside and a deflector on the end.  By having  deflector on the end of the probe, it creates a differential pressure and causes the sample to flow in through the bottom of the probe to the analyzer cell and out the top of the probe.

The analyzer cell is also protected by not being in the middle of the process and a filter is not needed on the end of the probe, and with the air injection cleaning the cell will be kept clean and any fly ash in the probe will be blown out.

The same detector cell is used with all probes, which means less inventory to stock.
